Research Interests
My research focuses on interdisciplinary engineering education, with a special interest in threshold concepts in Cyber-Physical Systems and how students transform their ways of thinking across disciplines. I am also interested in curriculum complexity and program evaluation, using advanced data analytics to understand student course-taking pathways and equity in engineering.
Topical Areas
Computer Science; Educational Sciences; Electrical, Electronic, and Information Engineering
Relevant Coursework
Graduate-level Computer Science coursework at Northeastern University, where I earned my M.S. in Computer Science. This included courses in Algorithms, Data Science, and Software Development, providing me with strong programming foundations in Python, Java, and C/C++. Advanced Data Analysis and Research Methods as part of my Ph.D. program in Engineering Education at the University of Cincinnati
