Biography

My name is Jeffrey Vargas Felix I am 23 years old and a first generation Hispanic/Latino student at Phoenix College. Growing up I always knew I wanted to be an engineer from talking about it in middle school all the way to high school. When it came time to graduate and go to college I had to hold back for some time and attended years later. Once I restarted my academic journey I was extremely motivated because I had really found my passion with Computer Science, I have always been tech savvy but learning in school really made an impact on me.

Motivation

My motivation to join this program is my continuous strife to do better in a competitive world/market of Computer Science Engineering. If I see an opportunity to advance and become better in this field I would like to take it. I want to participate in this community because it sounds like there will be a lot of like minded individuals who will push me to be a better version of myself, I would be excited to work with people who have already gone through a path similar to mine. I think this project would benefit me greatly in many ways.
